The gym was super mega busy today and I haven't been in a month.
I guess when I went in January it hadn't quite hit all the new-years resolution people yet.
But mid February and it's in full swing.
Very hard work, not been exercising enough recently due to being busy, travelling and under lots of pressure at work.
Gained about 1kg since October 2019, but 🤷♀️ also taking Estrogen so who knows what is down to not exercising and what is body fat percentage going up.
